Code of Conduct
WE ARE NOT PRETENDING THE WORLD IS PERFECT BUT WE DO BELIEVE IN TRYING. SO HERE IS AN ATTEMPT OF HOW WE CAN CONTRIBUTE IN COLLABORATING PEACEFULLY TOGETHER.
ANTI-RACISM COMMITMENT
At AnAku, we have a strict policy of zero tolerance for racism, as well as other forms of discrimination and prejudice from an intersectional standpoint. Both our organization and the creatives we collaborate with will be held responsible for upholding this commitment.
FOR CREATIVES BY CREATIVES
We consider the emotional and physical well-being, as well as boundaries, of the creatives we collaborate with. We, as creatives, hold ourselves to the same standards, expecting a reciprocal commitment from those we work alongside with.
FRAMEWORKS MAKE THE TEAM WORK
AnAku and all her collaborators are mindful of each other’s various frameworks such as ethnicity, gender, age, sexuality, religion, class, disabilities, etc.
OUR SPIRIT IS COLLABORATIVE
AnAku embraces a collaborative approach, actively working alongside her collaborators rather than for them; our team members are not meant to function as personal assistants.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T
We cultivate an environment where mutual respect regardless of background, identity, or artistic discipline is prioritized.
KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL
When collaborating with AnAku, uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions. This includes timely communication, meeting commitments, and respecting deadlines.
WE LEARN, WE GROW
At AnAku, we value continuous learning and growth through open dialogue and active listening. We encourage both our organization and the creatives we collaborate with to embrace feedback and draw lessons from collaborative experiences.
